What is CineHunter?

CineHunter is a professional brokerage service for the media production industry. We have two core services:
1. Rental Sourcing: We help producers and production companies source camera and lens rental equipment. We connect with our network of partner vendors to find the gear you need at the best possible price.
2. Buy/Sell Program: We act as a trusted intermediary for buying and selling used professional cinema gear.

How does the rental process work?

Our process is designed to be simple and efficient:
1. Submit Request: You fill out our online "Rental Request" form with the list of cameras, lenses, and accessories you need.
2. We Source: Our team immediately gets to work, contacting our network of partner vendors to source your items and find the best price.
3. Receive Quote: We send you a single, consolidated quote for all the requested equipment.
4. Accept & Prep: If you accept the quote, we facilitate the rental. You can then schedule your prep/pickup at our facility or arrange for shipping.

Is there a fee for getting a rental quote?

No. Submitting a rental request and receiving a quote from us is completely free and non-binding!

Why should I rent through CineHunter?

Time Savings: We do all the legwork. Instead of you calling 5-10 places, you make one request, and we do the sourcing.
Cost Savings: With our established vendor relationships and ability to price-check across the market, we find the most competitive rates for your package.
Consolidation: We streamline the process, providing one point of contact and one quote, even if your gear is coming from multiple sources.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Yes. We offer shipping across Canada for both rentals and sales. Local pickup and prep are available in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). 

Can I inspect my rental gear?

Absolutely! We strongly encourage it. You can visit our facility to prep, test, and inspect your complete gear package on your pick up day.
